A passing out ceremony of Aero Apprentices of Ground Combaters held at PAF Base, Kohat

Lahore: A passing out ceremony of Aero Apprentices of Ground Combaters (GC) and Accounts was held at PAF Base, Kohat today. Air Vice Marshal Arshad Malik , Air Officer Commanding, Northern Air Command, Pakistan Air Force was the Chief Guest on the occasion.

The Chief Guest while addressing the passing out Aero Apprentices said, “Today, the crises faced by PAF and our nation demands that every one of us works hard and honors each and every word of the Oath that you have just taken. Furthermore, each and every member of PAF is equally important and must work hard in his own domain. The nation has placed its trust in you and expects you to shoulder the new responsibilities with confidence, dedication and professional excellence”.

The Chief Guest awarded trophies among the distinction holders. Best in Academics Trophy for GC Entry was earned by Aero Apprentice Akhtar Abbas and Best All Round Trophy for GC Entry was won by Aero Apprentice Zaheer Abbas. Whereas, Best All Round Trophy in Accounts Entry was awarded to Aero Apprentice Umair Khan.

Earlier on his arrival, the Chief Guest was received by Air Commodore Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Base Commander, PAF Base, Kohat.
