Punjab government not serious in fighting terrorism: PTI

Ijaz ChLahore: Punjab government not serious in fighting terrorism. Its about time the nation should be informed about the complacency of govt of Punjab in fighting the biggest menace of terrorism jeopardizing Pakistani lives.

PML (N) government is fast losing its writ in the country due to its inefficiency, ineffectiveness and lack of clarity but is not ready to face the reality. This was stated by PTI Punjab President Ejaz Ahmad Ch.

PTI Punjab President Ejaz Chaudry severely criticized Parvez Rasheeds statement accusing him to being non serious in fighting terrorism. He stated that PML(N) govt has been in power for seven years in Punjab but hasn’t done its share in fighting terrorism, the biggest threat to Pakistan. They don’t have anything to show for it although there are reports that there are terrorist hideouts and safe heavens in Punjab.

PTI has a clear policy that the groups who accept the Pakistani constitution and law should be engaged in talks reducing the ranks of terrorists, but those not accepting the constitution and law should be dealt with severely. PTI has always played its positive role in promoting peace and tranquility in Pakistan and shall continue doing so.

He further said the the PML(N) govt has failed in protecting the lives and property of Pakistanis and is fast losing the writ of the government due to its inefficiency, ineffectiveness and lack of clarity.

Govt must take the matter of law and order seriously as it is the first and foremost duty of government. Problems should be solved politically and not with the use of brute force. He concluded that the PML(N) govt has failed miserably in all fronts, domestically and internationally.
