Lahore: Sabzazar police killed a youth by torture and buried his body in a local graveyard silently.The victims ‘s family members and their neighbours have protested against the brutal act of the police and demanded action against the culprit police men.
DIG operations Rana Abdul Jabbar has denounced this news and said Sabzazar Police neither arrested any body in theft case nor killed any body by torture.The body that was found from a local graveyard,was yet to identified.
Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of the death of a culprit due to torture at police station Sabzazar and ordered investigation besides sought a report from IG Punjab. He directed that strict action be taken against the responsible persons under the law.
