Muslim Town Police booked a toddler for attempted murder

Lahore Police have registered a criminal case against  just nine month baby Musa son Aimee . Local court of judicial magistrate Qamar Ali has granted the toddler bail till 12 April and shown displeasure against the police for implicating a baby into the case of attempted of murder.9 months old kid booked in FIR

The accused was seen crying while giving thumb impressions on the court papers and remained busy taking milk by his feeder during the court proceeding.

As media report this case ,SSP Operations immediately Suspended ASI Shafqat of ps Muslim Town and later changed the SHO too.

According to the Muslim Town police,they had lodged a FIR against nine people for attacking the police party but when they came to know that one of the accused was just nine month old ,they cleared his name from the case.

Minister for Human Rights Tahir Khalil Sandhu has sought report of the case from the police and ordered stern action against the officials who implicated a toddler in a attempted murder case .

People’s party leader Sharmila Farooqi has condemned the Punjab Government and the Police for involving toddler into a attempted murder case and termed it “Kudos to Punjab Police”. She said PML-N government should  first peep into his collar then peep into others.

Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken strict notice of registration of a case against a nine month old baby in Lahore and sought a report from Inspector General Police Punjab.

The Chief Minister also directed to take stern action as per law against those police officials who registered the case.
