Secretary Punjab Assembly Rai Mumtaz is removed for nothing

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken strict notice of the incident of violence against a traffic warden by the sons of Secretary Punjab Assembly and ordered removal of Secretary Punjab Assembly Rai Mumtaz Hussain Babar from his post.

The Chief Minister said that supremacy of law will be ensured at any cost and its violation will not be tolerated.

On the other hand,local court has given bail to the son of secretary Punjab Assembly in torture case made by the city traffic police.

Although,the most decent,kind and honest  officer Rai Babar had not done anything wrong but even then he was being removed.Many MPA’s and people have rised question on the removal of Rai Babar.

How can be he punished for a crime that he did not commit?                               Was this justice?                                                                                                                       Was it fair that an officer was punished for a crime that his son committed?       Was it could be called a good governance ?                                                                 Was it correct by the Islam and the constitution?                                                             But there is no court,no institution,no man who could ask these question from the most powerful CM and the brother of the history maker PM of Pakistan ,Mian Nawaz Sharif.

Meanwhile ,Punjab Assembly’s secretary charge was given to a junior officer despite presence of secretary Muhammad Khan Bhatti who is being politically victimized for several years.
