GCU wins Inter-University Gymnastic Championship

Lahore: The students of Government College University, Lahore have secured the all-round victory in Inter-University Gymnastic Championship held under the auspices of Punjab Youth Festival.

Ghulam Qadir was declared the Best Gymnast of the championship as he won four gold and one silver medals. Muhammad Fazil Khan was declared the Second Best Gymnast after he grabbed four silver and one brown medals. Rehmat Islam Khan won two brown medals, while Iffat Ullah won gold medal in parallel bars competitions.

GCU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Khaleeq-ur-Rahman congratulated Director Sports Khadim Ali Khan, Coach Nazar Muhammad Siddiqui, team members Ghulam Qadir, Muhammad Fazil Khan, Rehmat Islam Khan and Iffat Ullah on winning the championship.
