Abdul Hameed Bhutta presents “Isharon Ki Zaban Mein Namaz”

Lahore: Provincial Minister for Special Education, Asif Saeed Manais has said that more institutions would be set up for the education and training of special persons so that they could become useful citizens of the society.

He was addressing the launch ceremony of the book “Isharon Ki Zaban Mein Namaz” arranged by Abdul Hameed Bhutta for the deaf and dumb people at Gung Mehal, here today. Secretary Special Education Ambreen Raza, Director Special Education Fazal Cheema and other officers were present on the occasion.

Provincial Minister said that special persons deserve our attention and it is our religious and moral obligation to work at individual and collective level for their restoration. He said that institutions of special education would be set up at far flung areas of the province whereas along increasing number of institutions, generators would also be provided.

Secretary Special Education Ambreen Raza said that today’s ceremony is with regard to international ceremony of deaf. She said that this book would be launched at internet as well so that the special persons could be benefit. Principal Sultan Azam also addressed on the occasion. Later, the Provincial Minister also distributed shields.
