Lahore: Senior leader of PML(N) Sindh, Mumtaz Bhutto called on Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif here today. Political situation of the country and organizational matters of the party were discussed during the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that PML(N) is determined to cope with the challenges being faced by the country. He said that the government is marching forward with joint approach and collective efforts for bring the country and the nation out of quagmire of problems. The Chief Minister said that due to the corruption, negligence and incapability of former rulers, national institutions were ruined. He said that PML(N) government is busy in reconstruction of the country with a new spirit and determination and expressed the hope that the challenges will be overcome under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
Mumtaz Bhutto said on the occasion that Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has completed development projects in Punjab rapidly and in a very transparent manner. He said that progress of Punjab province is a role model for other provinces.
