DIG NH&MP distributes cash rewards among the performers

Lahore: The timely help to road users in distress and good performance of NH&MP is a source of satisfaction for road users as they feel confident while travelling on national highways due to its safe environment said by Mirza Shakil Ahmad while distributed cash rewards and commendation certificates at zonal office, Lahore. 

The DIG NH&MP Mirza Shakil Ahmad & SSP Mirza Farab Baig distributed awards to best performer (officers/officials) of department while rendering help to road users in distress.  DIG lauded the performance of the department and urged that the same level of standard of professionalism must be sustained at all cost.

DIG Mirza Shakil Ahmad said the main objective of today’s ceremony is to acknowledge the role of dedicated police officers so that others could also feel motivated to perform well. He further said that such acknowledgement and appreciation from public acts as a morale booster for police. He further said providing help and guidance to the commuters, besides their counseling, was the hallmark of Motorway Police and it should be continued in all circumstances. He said every good work will be rewarded and lethargic attitude will be penalized.  He directed officer that the helpline service of NH&MP 130 should be improved and that help to road users in distress should be ensured in minimum possible time.
