JI condemns US for making plans to attack on Syria

Lahore: Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Syed Munawar Hasan, has strongly condemned US President Obama’s plans to attack Syria sans UN approval and said Washington’s obduracy had already threatened the world peace.

In a press statement here on Monday, he said if the US attacked Syria, it could prove her last and final blunder. The world was already suffering because of Washington’s war phobia. Mankind was crying hoarse due to US inhuman policies and beastly actions but the US rulers were least bothered, he added.

The JI Ameer impressed upon the Muslim world to bid farewell to the US slavery  and devise a common strategy to secure the Muslims from the US, the leader of the    killers and brutes. He also called upon the Pakistan government to make prompt efforts to build world opinion against the possible US attack on Syria and try to unite the Muslim world on one platform against the US designs to trample upon another Muslim country in violation of all international laws and norms.

The JI Ameer said that Obama’s insistence for military action against Syria despite opposition from China and Russia in the UN Security Council was an announcement to plunge the world in another war and the Muslim world was deeply worried for that.  Syed Munawar Hasan said that after a humiliating defeat in Afghanistan, the US should have refrained from taking up the responsibility of deciding world affairs but it seemed that the President Obama wanted his soldiers to be buried in the Muslim world instead of in their own homeland. He said the US had been planning an attack on Syria for quite sometime for the enforcement of its so called New World Order and now it wanted to enter the Arab world on the excuse of the use of chemical weapons with the intention to restore her agents who had been dislodged as a result of the Arab Spring.

jamaat-e-islami_pakistanThe JI Ameer posed a question if invading a country and killing millions through carpet bombing on the excuse of the use of chemical weapons was justified at all. He said the UN and the Security Council had so far completely failed to stop the US from the genocide of the Muslims. The US had been invading any Muslim country as and when it so desired on one false ground or the other, while the UN and its Security Council only served as US house maid.
