PCB takes fitness test

Lahore: PCB has taken. Fitnss test of the players to decide  their future whether they are able to represent Pakistan in international crcket or not. The Physical Fitness Test of the Following Players were conducted today at NCA.

 

1.    Harris Sohail

2.    Sohaib Maqsood

3.    Raza Hassan

4.    Nasir Jamshaid

5.    Muhammad Irfan

6.    Zulfiqar Babar

7.    Sharjeel Khan

8.    Usman Qadir

 

Shahid  Afridi & Abdur Rehman  were tested yesterday.

 

The following physical tests  were conducted :-

 

1-      Flexibility Test ( Sit & Reach )

2-      Explosive power ( Vertical Jump )

3-      Upper Body strength ( Pushups )

4-      Core stability Test ( Prone bridging & Lateral bridging )

5-      Speed & Agility Test

6-      Cardiovascular fitness Test ( Bleep Test )
