JI support Imran Khan’s slogan of change:Syed Munawar Hassan

pic Syd munwar HasanLahore: Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Syed Munawar Hassan, has said that whoever had any objection to the PTI’s mandate in the Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa should approach the Election Commission.

Talking to the media men at the Shaukat Khanum Cancer hospital after visiting PTI chief Imran Khan Wednesday evening, he however said that the PTI mandate from the Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, should be respected.
Syed Munawar Hassan said that even the Election Commission had admitted large scale rigging in 25 NA constituencies and the JI and the PTI would stage joint sit ins for re polling there.

He told newsmen that the JI would join hands with the PTI in the Khyber P and would get three ministries. He further said that the Qaumi Watan Party( Sherpaor group) would also join the coalition with three ministries. There would be one Senior Minister each from JI and the Qaumi Watan Party , while the JI would be given the ministries of Finance, Education and Usher and Zakat, he added.
He told newsmen that Imran Khan was recovering fast and was taking keen interest in national affairs. They had a brief discussion in a candid atmosphere. JI Secretary General Liaqat Baloch and other party leaders also accompanied the JI Ameer.

Syed Munawar Hasan said that US President Obama’s repeated phone calls to the PML(N) chief Mian Nawaz Sharif after the polls proved that the US fully realized that Pakistan and not India could help Washington in resolving its problems and also in pulling out from the region. He said the US should adopt a wise policy and pullout of the region at the earliest . He said that the new government would have to solve the numerous problems facing the country and the nation on war footing.

The JI Ameer said that the incidents of bogus voting had badly hurt the image of the Election Commission and the JI and the PTI would join in the demand for fresh polling in Karachi, and Hyderabad.
