Administrative secretaries have been made heads of emergency response committees

Lahore: Administrative secretaries of various departments have been made heads of emergency response committees set up at town level in the provincial metropolis for taking timely protective measures and creating awareness among the people regarding eradication of dengue.

According to the notification issued by Punjab government in this regard, Secretary Local Government Sikandar Sultan Raja will be head of Data Gunj Bakhsh Town Emergency Response Committee, Secretary Schools Muhammad Aslam Kambo, Samanabad Town Emergency Response Committee, Secretary Cooperatives Dr. Tahir Ahmed, Allama Iqbal Town Emergency Response Committee, Secretary Labour Hassan Iqbal, Ravi Town Emergency Response Committee, Secretary Population Altaf Ezad Khan, Gulberg Town Emergency Response Committee, Member Board of Revenue Khalid Chaudhary, Shalimar Town Emergency Response Committee, Secretary Excise & Taxation Capt. ® Zahid Saeed, Nishtar Town Emergency Response Committee, Secretary Livestock Irfan Elahi Aziz, Bhatti Town Emergency Response Committee and Secretary Environment Sher Ali Masood, Wahga Town Emergency Response Committee.
