Solar lamps distribution continues in Lahore

Zaeem Qadri (1)Zaeem HussainLahore: Special Assistant to Punjab Chief Minister on Education, Syed Zaeem Hussain Qadri has said that wrong impression of Pakistan at global level can be removed through education. Punjab government has taken steps for the improvement of health, education, transport and infrastructure, he added.

He expressed these views while distributing solar lamps among girl students of Government Girls High School, D-1 Block, Township and inaugurating of Madina Road Barkat Chowk, Township. Syed Zaeem Qadri said that Punjab government has executed a number of development projects for the welfare of the people throughout the province during last five years. He said that in the past, resources were utilized only for special segment and elite while under the leadership of Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, PML-N government has spent all possible resources for improving living standard of the people of backward areas and the deprived segments of the society.

Zaeem Hussain Qadri said that Punjab government has encouraged the talented girl and boy students belonging to deprived segments of the society during last five years which is unprecedented. He said that education is the only way to improve the image of Pakistan at international level so that conspiracies against Islam and Pakistan could be foiled. As many as 43 solar lamps were distributed among the girl students on merit. Teachers, parents and a large number of girl students attended the ceremony. Later, Syed Zaeem Qadri also inaugurated Madina Road Barkat Chowk, Township.
