People to elect honest and competent candidates:Liaqat Baloch

Lahore: Secretary General, Jamaat e Islami, Liaqat Baloch, has urged the electorate to rise above party and Baradari considerations and vote for the JI candidates known for their honesty, integrity and competence, in the larger national interest.

Addressing the concluding session of the JI central workshop at Mansoora, he also impressed upon all political and religious parties to issue tickets only to the men of character who could not compromise on national interest. He said that in making seat adjustment, the JI would give preference to the parties who carried out the process of internal cleansing and issued tickets to honest people
