Christians to end their protest:Senator Kamran Michael

Lahore: , Bishop of Iran and Gulf Dr. Azad Marshal, Pasters Anwar Faazil, Liaquat Qaiser and Father Amanuell Maani have appealed Christian community to demonstrate religious tolerance and patience by acting upon the teachings of Jesus Christ and Holy Bible.

Talking to media after meeting with Chief Minister Punjab, they said that Christian community will have to prove as patriotic citizens according to teachings of our religion and supplement the efforts of government for restoration of law and order.

They said that financial assistance of Rs.5 lakh each would be given to the affected family of Badami Bagh incident and their complete rehabilitation will be ensured. Senator Kamran Michael, Bishop of Iran and Gulf Dr. Azad Marshal, Paster Anwar Faazil, Liaquat Qaiser and Father Amanuell Maani expressed their complete solidarity with the affectees and appealed not to take law in their hands and damage to public properties as Pakistan is the country of all us and it is our responsibility to present the positive image of our country to the world and discourage the mischievous elements.
