Criminals allowed to kill at will in Karachi : Imran Khan

Imran Khan Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has expressed grave concern over the bomb blast and target killings in Karachi during the past 24 hours, stating that a jungle law prevailed in the economic hub of Karachi and criminals were set loose to kill at will as the law enforcers looked mere spectators while the people were being killed on roads and streets.

“This is very alarming. The government must act immediately or the nation would be justified in believing that the ruling parties were responsible for the killings,” said the PTI chief, adding that the indifference of the law enforcers spoke volumes about the apathy of the ruling coterie while the people were being killed and looted at gunpoint.

“This anarchy could lead to complete chaos if not dealt with immediately,” he added. Khan said that the people of Karachi must speak up by voting out those parties who had their own armed groups who were alleged for their involvement in killing and looting the innocent people.

He said that the PTI would soon devise its strategy about Karachi law and order as the cries if the people of Karachi could no more be left unheard.
