Nation has rendered numerous sacrifices for democracy:Hamza Shahbaz

Hamza Shahbaz SharifLahore: Central leader PML-N Hmaza Shahbaz Sharif MNA has said that the nation has rendered numerous sacrifices for democracy during the last five years. He said that people faced the menace of loadshedding and terrorism. He reiterated that PML-N will not let waste the sacrifices of the nation. He expressed the hope that the people will reject those looters and apathetic rulers in the coming general elections who made the lives of the people miserable.

He was addressing the laptops distribution ceremony among three thousand male and female students at University of Gujrat, today. Chairman HEC Dr. Javed Leghari and Vice Chancellor Dr. Nazim ud Din also addressed the function. A smartly contingent of police presented guard of honour to the students. Hamza Shahbaz said that terrorism can be controlled only through education. He said that 64% population consists of youth. He stressed upon the youth to cost their votes for the bright future of the country and elect honest and able leadership which will rid of the crisis.

Hamza Shahbaz said people criticizes that we are distributing laptops for getting votes of the youth. He said that honour of youth is not so cheap that they will cost their vote only due to laptops rather they are free in their decisions. Hamza Shahbaz said that rulers made the country a beggar. He said that those beg aids from ‘aghyaar’ cannot take their own decisions. Hamza Shahbaz Sharif said that Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has handed over all public welfare projects for accountability and it is a challenge for federal and other provincial governments. He said that the federal rulers will not do so as they did nothing except corruption, nepotism, loot and extravagances during last five years and they will face consequences in the coming elections.

Hamza Shahbaz said that terrorism is the approach of only a few people and they will not be allowed to hostage 19 crore people. He said that Nawaz Sharif had put the country on the road to progress and prosperity and despite international pressure conducted nuclear tests. Hamza Shahbaz also announced ten buses for University of Gujrat. Special Assistant Zaeem Hussain Qadri, Commissioner Abdul Jabbar Shaheen, DCO Nawazish Ali, DPO Raja Basharat, Members Assembly Mian Tariq, Irfan Ullah, Haji Imran Zafar, Nawabzada Mazhar Ali Khan, Ch. Jaffar Iqbal, Syed Noor Hussain Shah, Liaqat Bhadar, Dr. Javed Riaz, Abid Raza Kotla and Raza Matta were present on the occasion.
