convicted soldiers seek relief from the court

Lahore High Court has ordered the Attorney General to respond in a case of the eighteen soldiers who were convicted under the Field Court Marshal Act on the petition of troops lawyer, Who prayed in the court of Justice Mazhar Iqbal and said that jails authorities were not providing facilities according to the law to the convicted soldiers.

Adiala jail superintendent Malik Mushtaq was present in the court but the deputy Attorney general was not there so the court adjourned the case until March eighteen and directed the deputy Attorney general to submit his reply on the next hearing.
