Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif today inaugurated the Lahore International Book Fair, visited various book stalls and talked in a pleasant manner to the visitors, students and publishers about book reading and metro bus project.
The students took autographs of the Chief Minister and congratulated him over the great success of metro bus project. They said that genuine passengers are facing difficulties, as many persons are having joyrides free of cost, therefore metro bus fare should be announced soon.
The Chief Minister inquired as to what should be the fare of metro bus service? Upon this, the women said that metro bus fare should be between Rs. 20 to Rs. 30. Many people insisted upon Chief Minister in Punjabi to immediately announce metro bus fare, upon which Chief Minister said that metro bus fare would be announced soon on their strong demand.
Chief Minister also gave a short interview to German Broadcasting Organization, Deutsche Welle and amazed everyone by speaking fluently in German language. Talking to media representatives, Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif strongly criticized Zardari gang, without naming anyone, and said that the foreign agenda of newly-arrived jugglers has been exposed, as he had been predicting about their foreign agenda, from the very first day.
