Lahore: Advisor Foreign Relations to Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Former Ambassador Javaid Malik will lead two business delegations from Europe and United Arab Emirates to meet former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. The delegations will comprise of Chairmen of German, British & UAE based companies along with their and top executives and will be in Pakistan to give detailed presentations to the Chief Minister Punjab with a view of setting up multi-million dollar projects in Pakistan in the fields of Energy, renewable power, Infrastructure development, as well as IT related solutions. The companies will be making detailed presentations about their proposals for Pakistan which will also include solutions for remote areas of Pakistan with minimal infrastructure and to deliver services to the common man at affordable prices.
Former Ambassador Javaid Malik, who is the Advisor Foreign Relations to Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, former Prime Minister of Pakistan, has been working actively with key individuals and organizations in UAE and Europe with a view to build support for Pakistan and encourage companies to consider Pakistan as their destination for investment. In this context he also organized the first UAE- Pakistan Business & Investment Conference in Dubai last year which was chaired by Chief Minister Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif, and attended by top companies based in the UAE and the region. Subsequently two roundtable meetings were also organized in London earlier this year by Javed Malik in which he gave presentations on the investment opportunities in Pakistan to UK and Europe based companies.
It is very appreciable that despite the challenging situation in Pakistan, due to the hard work of dedicated individuals companies are being convinced to come to Pakistan to make substantial investments.
In addition to the two companies, a separate UAE based business delegation will also meet with Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. The delegation will comprise of successful Overseas Pakistani businessmen.
