Hero’s reception awaits Dr Qadeer at Mansoora

Lahore: Nuclear Scientist and father of Pakistan’s nuclear bomb, Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan, will be accorded a hero’s welcome and the protocol of the Head of the State, on arrival at Mansoora on Wednesday, Jamaat e Islami Secretary General, Liaqat Baloch, said here.

Liaqat Baloch, who heads the arrangement committee for the reception, said in a statement said that Dr A.Q. Kan was the nation hero who made Pakistan a nuclear state, raising the country’s image in the comity of the nations and enabled the nation to see eye to eye with the enemy.
He said that the US, India and Israel had always been conspiring against the Muslim world, especially Pakistan. India, he said, had not accepted Pakistan from the core of its heart, and had missed no opportunity to harm the country. Had Pakistan not been a nuclear state, India would thrust more wars on this country, he added.
