Sindh Govt asked to arrest killers of MQM legislater:Kaira

Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira on Thursday said that Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has directed the Sindh Government to arrest the killers of MQM MPA Manzar Imam.

Briefing media about the meeting of coalition partners chaired by the Prime Minister, he said the parties have also condemned the killing of Muttahida Qaumi Movement MPA.

The minister said Governor Khyber Pukhtunkhwa has also been asked to help resolve the situation aroused out of killing of around a dozen people in Khyber Agency.

Moreover, the governor has also been asked to collaborate with Munir Orakzai and Senator Abbas to resolve the issue.

He said the coalition partners have also condemned the acts of violence taking place in different parts of the country and resolved to eliminate militancy from the country.
