MQM will not join long march:Farooq Sattar

Dr Farooq Sattar is talking to media along with Raza Haroon and Mustafa KamalKarachi:MQM deputy convenior Dr Farooq Sattar has said that MQM will not participate in long march but will continue its moral support for Tahir ul Qadri and Tehrek Minhaj ul Quraan’s long march,while talking to media here at Karachi in press conference Dr Farooq Sattar said”we think that the worst security situation in the country and threat from the Taliban for attack is there,so doing long march is like to put the lives of innocent people in danger”.

He said Quaid -e-Tehrek Altaf Hussain vision and thought of Dr Tahir ul Qadri are same,that’s why MQM announced to join Tahir ul Qadri’s long march but now only due to security threat ,we are not going to join long march,as per the decision of the central working committee(Rabita Committee)he maintained.Dr Farooq Sattar quoted the serial blasts in Quetta,Swat terrorist activities too.

Meanwhile,Quaid -e-Tehrek Altaf Hussain has announced to accept the decision of the Rabita Committee and said though he wanted MQM workers to join long march but he accepts the Rabita Committee decision in this regard.
