Sindh Writers and Thinkers Forum spoke to the Youth in Lahore

Lahore: Members of Sindh Writers and Thinkers Forum spoke to the Youth in Lahore on Current Political Scenario: Challenges to Democracy. This event was organized by Centre for Human Rights Education- Lahore on January 5, 2013 at Dar-ul-Mussarat Training Institute.

The members of the Sindh Writers and Thinkers Forum included Mr. Jami Chandio (Mr. Jami Chandio renowned intellectual, writer and Chief Executive of the Centre for Peace and Civil Society- Hyderabad ), Mr. Naseer Memon (Chief Executive, Strengthening Participatory Organization), Professor Aman Rahi (Department Head, Allama Iqbal Open University), Mr. Noor Mohammed (Chairman Sindhica Academy) and Zubaida Birwani (All Pakistan Water and Conservation Network).

Renowned activists from Lahore participated in the dialogue including Mr. Salman Abid (Regional Director of SPO), Ms. Shazia Shaheen (Program Specialist SPO), Munawar Ali Shahid, Nadeem Anthony, James Rehmat, and Romail Yousuf.
Mr. Samson Salamat, Director of the Centre for Human Rights Education warmly welcomed the delegation of the Sindh Writer and Thinkers Forum and moderated the dialogue.
