Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that if the general elections were postponed, the country will suffer from an irreparable loss.
He said that imported elements are staging a drama under imported agenda and they will fail badly in this political jugglery. The Chief Minister said that conscious people of Pakistan will not be hoodwinked by them. He said it is not understandable that the elements who spent luxurious life for six years abroad are now talking about the country and the nation. He said that PML is the founding party of Pakistan, therefore, it will not let any conspiracy against democracy to succeed.Which revolution Sheikh-ul-Islam is going to bring with thieves and looters, he questioned.
Shahbaz Sharif said that the wise and foresighted people of Pakistan will totally reject the imported agenda of imported people. He said that PML-N has taken public welfare steps in its every era and now this party has laid the foundation of real democratic revolution by empowering the people and the youth.
Meanwhile,Shahbaz Sharif has congratulated senior leader Pakistan Muslim League-N, Ch.Jaffar Iqbal on being elected as unopposed senator.
