Lahore: Member National Assembly, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan Muslim League-N will pass on important responsibilities to the youth for changing the system so that they could play their due role for electing sincere and honest leadership in the coming elections. He said that youth are a hope for the bright future of the country and they will put Pakistan on the road to progress and prosperity by bringing it out of despondency.
He expressed these views while addressing a gathering of PML-N Youth Wing Lahore. Chief Organizer Youth Wing Lahore, MPA Waseem Qadir and General Secretary Ahmad Saeed Mohsin were also present on the occasion.
Hamza Shahbaz Sharif said that the results of by-elections have worried other political parties. He said that the elements involved in extortion, target killing and bomb blasts in Balochistan, Karachi and Khyber Pakhtoon Khawah, are trying to postpone the general elections and these anti-state forces want to see one more Bangladesh. He said that under these circumstances, our youth will have to be alert to save democracy from any dictator so that he may not proudly announce receiving dollars for children of the nation and killing Bugti.
Hamza Shahbaz Sharif said that he is a worker of Nawaz Sharif. He said that he is proud of having a leader like Nawaz Sharif, who responded to the atomic explosions by India without accepting the world pressure and played a major role in restoration of judiciary. Hamza Shahbaz said that had the judiciary been not independent today the rulers had sold the country. He urged upon the youth to promise changing the direction of national politics and the forthcoming general elections are a test for security of the country. He said that PML-N intends to change the destiny of country with the help of the youth.
Meanwhile,Member National Assembly, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif today went visited to the residence of late Bilal at Ganda Engine area of Gowalmandi and condoled with his parents, brothers and sisters over his death. He assured the parents of the late Bilal that the murderers of theirs son will be taken to task and the accused will soon be arrested. He also gave a cheque for five lakh rupees as financial assistance to the heirs of the deceased.
Talking to media on the occasion, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif said that he was grieved over this tragic incident. He said that three accused involved in this incident have been arrested while raids are being conducted for apprehending the remaining culprits. He informed that instructions have been issued to the police authorities for the arrest of all the accused within next few days so that the culprits could be awarded deterrent punishment and justice be provided to the aggrieved parents of late Bilal.
