Lahore: PMLN leader Senator Tariq Azim has demanded of the government to share the findings of Benazir Bhutto murder case probe with the nation.
Quoting a news item published in a leading national daily he said President Zardari had stopped Interior Minister Rehman Malik from revealing the details of the case to the PPP CEC at the fifth death anniversary, adding that the move exposed the reality before the people.
The PMLN leader further questioned why the names of Benazir Bhutto’s assassins were being kept secret, despite the repeated announcements by the president and the interior minister that they knew who the killers were.
Tariq said not only the killers and the motives behind the killing should be disclosed but also those who did not divulge the details. He also called for a judicial inquiry into the murder of Murtaza Bhutto.
