In a statement issued here on Saturday hailed Bilawal Bhutto Zardari over his stepping in practical politics and lauded his maiden address in which he took on extremist forces and provided a clear roadmap for strong democracy and a welfare state. He said Bilawal’s speech at Ghari Khuda Bux on the 5th death anniversary of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, the nation pinned strong hopes with young Bilawal saying that he would come up to the aspirations of the people of Pakistan materializing the dream of his mother Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto who scarf iced her life striving against extremist forces.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, in his speech showed commitment for strengthening relations with masses and that he clarified several things in his speech.
Bhatti said Bilawal Bhutto was the supporter of strong and independent judicial system in the country as he also said that no society could go forward without the independence of judiciary. He said Pakistan People’s Party had given a lot of sacrifices in respect of judiciary. He said that party leadership and workers saw a new hope after the speech of Bilawal and that PPP chairman gave his vision to the people for strengthening economy of the country. His talked about the basic issues including ‘roti’,’kapra’ and ‘makan’, the manifesto of the PPP.
Huge gathering at Gari Khuda Bux had proved that anti-democratic forces raising hollow slogans were wrong. Bhatti hoped Bilawal will translate Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto’s dream of a democratic, prosperous and strong Pakistan into reality. Saleem Bhatti said Pakistan needed young leadership with political vision and Bilawal Bhutto would change the politics of Pakistan and steer the country out of the present challenges and lead it towards development and prosperity.
Bilawal Bhutto will follow the reconciliation policy introduced by his Shaheed mother, who gave a clear road-map to strengthen democratic norms in the country and attaining sustainable progress and prosperity. Saleem Bhatti said that public meeting at Garhi Khuda Bukhsh was marvelous. Bhatti welcomed the decision of CEC meeting about the general elections as the present assemblies will complete their tenure on March 16 after which the general elections would be held within 60 days.
