CM takes note of Gujjranwala killingdue to syrup

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken note of the killing of persons due to the consumption of syrup in Gujranwala and ordered Special Advisor on Health Khawaja Salman Rafique to go to Gujranwala immediately to review the situation and submit a report.

He ordered that such incidents should be reviewed from every aspect and action should be taken after determining the responsibility. He said that coordinated strategy should be adopted to avert such incidents in future.
