Entire nation should be united like a rock in the defence of Pakistan: Ch brothers

Lahore:Pakistan Muslim League President Senator Chaudhry Shujat Hussain & senior central leader and Deputy Prime Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi have said that following the principles of unity, faith and discipline of founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the entire nation should be united like a rock to meet the challenges confronting Pakistan.

On the birth anniversary of the father of the nation both the leaders have felicitated people of Pakistan and said in their separate messages that grave internal and external threats to security and solidarity of Pakistan today are before everyone, for pulling the motherland out of those threats in the light of teachings of Islam and the Quaid-e-Azam besides tolerance and respect we will have to give preference to national interests over personal, party and political interests, have to foil the evil designs of Pakistan through unity and reconciliation by defending national security and solidarity at all cost and pledge for making effective and result oriented efforts for progress and development of Pakistan and prosperity of common man so that dream of the Quaid-e-Azam and our elders of an Islamic welfare state can be realized and we should be ready to offer any sacrifice for achieving this great objective.
