Basheer Balor laid to rest in Peshawar

Peshawar:The ANP leader Basheer Balor has been laid to rest in Syed Hassan Pir Badshah Berry Bagh graveyard in Peshawar.His funeral prayer was offered at Sher Khan Shaheed Stadium amid tight security.Thousands of people including the political and social personalities attended the funeral prayer including Governor KPK Masud Kosar,CM KPK Ameer Haider ,PML-N central leader Iqbal Zafar Jhagra,federal minister Gulam Muhammad Balor,Chaudhry Shujaat,Ch Pervaiz Elahi, Mushahid Hussain, Asfandyar Wali ,Provincial minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain and Rehman Malik.

Meanwhile, national flag was hoisted at half-mast across the country as federal and Punjab government had announced mourning for one day over the demise of ANP leader.Provincial government of KPK had announced three-day mourning.Awami National Party will be observing ten-day mourning while its rival party MQM has announced three days mourning.
