Govt giving positive message, infusing confidence in business community

Karachi:Atif Ikram Sheikh, Chairman Coordination FPCCI Capital Office and Senior Vice Chairman Pakistan Vanaspati Manufacturers Association bagged .

The award was given to him in recognition of record exports of edible oil by his group of companies with processing and manufacturing facilities across Pakistan.His companies have been serving people in country while earning valuable foreign exchange for country since long. Atif Ikram Sheikh received Young Entrepreneurs Export Award from President Asif Ali Zardari during 36th FPCCI Export Awards (2011-2012).

Commerce Minister Makhdoom Amin Fahim, Governor Sindh Ishratul Ibad, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qiam Ali Shah, Governor SBP Yasin Anwar, President FPCCI Haji Ghulam Kadir Sherani, other top government officials and leaders of the business community were also present on the occasion.

Later, Atif said that the presence of President and other ministers is very encouraging which will not only give a very positive message to the business community but also infuse confidence in us to strive more for the well-being of country.
It may be mentioned that Atif also received same award in 2009.
