Zar Baba forty thieves to meet theirlogical end in general election:Shahbaz Sharif

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that the coalition government of Peoples Party has paid no attention to the welfare and betterment of the masses during the last four and a half years. He said that during the tenure of Zar Baba Forty Thieves no progress has been made in any sector except in the field of corruption. He said that Pakistan Muslim League-N has tried to prick the conscience of the rulers a number of times for the stability of democracy and democratic institutions but they are so much engrossed in corruption that they have not ment their ways and have even ignored the court orders in this regard. He said that the recent report of Transparency International has exposed the bad governance and corruption of PPP and its allies.

He was talking to Assembly Members from various district, here today. The Chief Minister said that the people have expressed their complete confidence in the PML-N in bye-elections and the idols of corruption will be smashed by the masses in the forthcoming general elections. He said that inefficient and dishonest federal rulers have pushed the country to the verge of disaster and Zar Baba Forty Thieves should now be ready for their logical end. He said that masses will not allow Zar Baba Forty Thieves escape from elections and PML-N will build a new Pakistan after coming into power.

He said President PML-N Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is the most popular political leader of the country due to his politics of principles and he has the interest of the people at heart in the real sense. He said that masses will repose their complete confidence in PML-N in general elections. He said that the longer Zardari gang stayed in power, the greater its negative impact will be on the country. He said that Zar Baba Forty Thieves are interested only in corruption and have filled their pockets with billions of rupees of public money. He said that the inefficient rulers have mortgaged the country and despite the fact that Pakistan is a nuclear power, its leaders are running around with a begging bowl. He said that there is a need to get rid of Zar Baba Forty Thieves to save the country.

He said that the elements who raised slogans of eliminating loadshedding, unemployment and lawlessness on coming into power have done nothing for this purpose during the last four and a half years and the situation has even worsened. He said that these elements have deprived the masses of the fruit of democracy. The Chief Minister stressed upon Assembly Members to pay their full attention to the service to the people as it is the manifesto of PML-N and the steps taken by Punjab government in this regard are unprecedented in the history of the country. Assembly Members while appreciating the policies of the government, said that the masses consider PML-N as their only hope.
