Zardari made Pakistan 7th most corrupt country in the world:Shah Mehmood

Lahore: Vice Chairman of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that grading of Pakistan at 7th number in the corrupt and insecure countries is because of the rulers. Present Government did nothing for transparent and impartial accountability and now the circumstances are so worse that overhauling of government system looks inevitable.  He said that report of World Justice Project for the year 2012 reflects the graph of corruption in all the sectors and now globally how Pakistan can stands in the comity of the nations and plead its case.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that the reason behind bad governance and deteriorating situation of  all the sectors is the ill will of the power holders who themselves are involved in corruption and never wanted  to frame any system. He said that economic and human development index were already in bad condition and now index of rule of law and development also decreased to the alarming situation. This is actually final warning for the masses not to wait any more and stand for the massive change. Shah Mahmood Qrueshi said that Tehrik-e-Insaaf has stern instance that corruption is the root cause of the problems of Pakistan and till the eradication of corruption no international institution would trust on our institutions.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that it was more pitiable that rulers are involved in big scams and now continuity of this government would be a big question mark for Pakistan. He said that this now high time that people of Pakistan stand for the change and on the basis of now or never now every citizen should come forward to play its role in the national scenario. He expressed his concern on the this report and said that Tehrik-e-Insaaf would thoroughly review its content and then took up at the right forum, too.
