Lahore:President Pakistan Muslim League-N Nawaz Sharif has said that His party will make Pakistan a welfare state.He claimed on Saturday that manifesto of PML-N would be a road map of new Pakistan. He said that though the PML-N could not complete its tenure in the past, however, it will fulfill all of its promises.
While presiding over a meeting of party’s manifesto committee ,he expressed his satisfaction over its report.The PML-N Chief said that the manifesto is a sacred document and therefore, we should follow it in letter and spirit. Special attention paid over the economy, external and interior affairs, education, IT, loadshedding, law and order and unemployment and other issues in the PML-N’s manifesto. Besides, foreign policy has also been finalized for regional peace.
The meeting held at the PML-N secretariat Lahore and those who attended the meeting include Sartaj Aziz, head of the party’s manifesto committee, Ishaq Dar and Iqbal Zafar Jhagra, Shahbaz Sharif,Ehsan Iqbal,Marvi Memon,Sidiqul Farooq,Khurram Dastgir.PML-Like mind Secretary General Hamayuan Akhtar Khan presence was quite noteable in the meeting as he is still part of Like Mind and yet to join PML-N.
It was the second weekly meeting of party’s manifesto committee.
