Governor gives lunch to Indian friends

Lahore:Federal Minister for National Heritage and Integration hosted lunch in the honour of Indian delegation visiting Pakistan. Governor Punjab Sardar Latif Khosa and Leader of the house Jahangir Badar also graced the occasion. The Honouable minister exchanged views on Indo-Pak relations and PPP renewed efforts in bringing betterment in bilateral relationship of both countries. From Pakistan side the delegation was greeted by Faiza Malik (Member Punjab Assembly) Asif Hashmi (Chairman ETPB), Naveed Chauhdry and other.

On this occasion, the governor stressed the role of media in portraying prominent aspect of bilateral relationship while the leader of the house shed light on the historical cultural development of both countries and their joint efforts in this regard. Asif Hashmi appreciated the new visa regime and expressed his desire that more Indians should visit Pakistan and learn about our hospitality.

The Indian delegation comprised of Sardar Sukhwinder Singh (M.P Rajya Sabha), Mrs. Gulshan (Member Parliament Lok Sabha) and Justice (retd) Nirmal Singh (MLA Punjab).
