JI demands new service structure for young doctors

Secretary General, Jamaat e Islami, Liaqat Baloch, has called upon the Punjab Chief Minister, Mian Shahbaz Sharif to accept the young doctors’ demands by announcing a new service structure for them.

In a statement here on Sunday, he said that the doctors’ strike in the province was causing great hardships for the masses besides financial losses to the government and it would be prudent for the government to take a realistic decision keeping in view the reservations of all the stake holders.

Liaqat Baloch expressed deep concern over the young doctors’ decision to besiege the Chief Minister House on November, as this would imply that the patients all over the province would remain unattended.
He said that the bureaucracy always tried to create hurdles in the solution of the problems and complicated the things.

Liaqat Baloch further demanded that all the development and construction projects related to health should be completed at the earliest so that fresh appointments of Directors and paramedics could be made and the health facilities for the masses be improved.
