Lahore: Educational revolution is a dream of Khadim-e-Aala Punjab and the Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has set up a scholarship fund of 10 billion rupees for accomplishment of this dream which has given courage and determination to the male and female students of Punjab and other provinces facing financial constraints.
While addressing a scholarship distribution ceremony at Chakwal, under the aegis of Punjab Educational Endowment Fund, Tanveer Aslam Sethi MPA said that the happiness of hundred students and their parents reflect the tributes to the Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif on launching this educational scholarship programme. DCO Chakwal Ahmed Aziz Tarrar, Malik Tanveer Aslam Sethi, Ch. Shah Nawaz and notables of the district as well as district officers attended the function. The students said that the Chief Minister Punjab has completed their dream of getting education by providing scholarship on merit. DCO Chakwal Ahmed Aziz Tarrar, Malik Tanveer Aslam Sethi, Ch. Shah Nawaz and other guests distributed certificates and scholarships among the male and female students.
Malik Tanveer Aslam Sethi further said that merit is a priority of Punjab government. He said that distribution of scholarships and recruitment of teachers were made on merit and this has been only possible due to the vision of Chief Minister Punjab, merit and supremacy of justice.
