N-League Nankana leader joins PML-Q

Lahore: N-League Nankana Youth Wing President Aslam Farooqi called on Pakistan Muslim League senior central leader and Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi at his residence here today and announced to join Pakistan Muslim League along with his colleagues.

Ch Parvez Elahi welcomed Aslam Farooqi and his colleagues into the party. On this occasion, former MNA Shahid Manzoor Gill was also present.

Aslam Farooqi reposed confidence in the leadership of Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Parvez Elahi and said that they would popularize politics of the Chaudhry Brothers in district Nankana and would shortly invite them to address a big public meeting there
Aslam Farooqi said that Pakistan Muslim League (PML) has always done politics of principles, Ch Parvez Elahi during his tenure as the Chief Minister had got record development works done all over the Punjab without any discrimination and this is the reason why people still remember his govt. in nice words. He said people of the province have realized their mistake, now because of his record number of peoples’ welfare schemes and development works f, they would vote for PML ticket holders and ensure their success in the general election.
