Police killed 5 people including 3 Taliban

Lahore: Police have encountered 5 people including three Taliban in a day. According to SP CIA Omar Virk DSP Mian Shafqat and his team had broken Taliban network in Punjab by arresting Dilber Khan and his accomplished in Lahore .These Taliban were involved in bank robberies to give financial support to their group. They had looted banks in Gujjrat.
Tonight CIA Nawankot team was coming back from Gujjrat after identifying bank that was looted by these Taliban. When they reached near Sagian Bridge, a group of armed people attempted to release their arrested companions and attacked the police team. But attackers own friends were killed in cross firing.

In another incident, two hardened criminals Imran Meseeh and Muhammad Arshad were killed in an encounter with CIA Iqbal Town team in Allama Iqbal town area. Both were involved in more than 150 cases including 3 murder cases .They also killed a police constable Ali Hassan of police station Achra
