Shariq Kamal will monitor public complains related to driving license

Lahore: SSP Internal Accountability Division & character certificate issuance and Police Emergency 15. Besides sorting out the problems faced by the public he will also take action against the officials found responsible for delays or negligence in this regard.

Addl.IG/CCPO Aslam Tareen has directed the Chief Traffic Officer and SP Security, Lahore, to pass on particulars regarding those applying for driving license and character certificate alongwith their phone number, on daily basis, to SSP, IAD, so that they could be contacted for getting feedback from them and action being taken against the officials found negligent in duty and adopting irresponsible behavior with the public.

SSP Shariq Kamal has informed the public that they may meet him directly in his office if they faced some difficulty regarding issuance of driving license & character certificate or Police Emergency 15 complaints. Moreover, telephonic complaints, in this regard, could be lodged with Incharge Citizen Feedback Cell Inspector Sageer Ahmed on his mobile no. 0321-9474414 and office no. 042-99201366.
