Saudi’s ready to take Pakistani Drs again

Lahore: A delegation of Saudi Ministry of Health will visit Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad this month to hire Pakistani Consultants, Specialists and Resident Doctors. Interviews in this regards will be conducted in local Hotel at Lahore on 12th September 2012. Saudi Government plans to hire Consultants, Specialists and Young Doctors in the discipline of Surgery, Medicine, Orthopedics, Nephrology, Radiology, Gynae and others.

YDA Office bearers Dr. Rana Sohail, Dr. Salman Kazmi, Dr. Talha Sherwani, Dr. Ghulam Qasim, Dr. Murtaza Bloch, Dr. Muhammad Khawar Khan, Dr. Shahid Dreshik, Dr. Waqas Gondal, Dr. Shehzad, Dr. Asim, Dr. Shams, Dr. Muhammad Azhar and Dr. Muhammad Amjad further said that the Saudi Government had made new medical colleges in their provinces and hiring Pakistani doctors for them. If the Punjab Government did not resolve the genuine issues of the doctors community then in the coming years all qualified doctors would leave the country. It is worth mentioning that around 3000 doctors had left the country for Saudi Arabia in the last 02 years.
