Punjab Irrigation Department will hold seminar on dengue day

Lahore: On the instruction of Punjab Chief Minister, September 2nd is being observed as anti-dengue day in order to create awareness among the masses. All government departments, non-governmental organizations, schools and colleges are organizing programmes and seminars regarding breeding prevention and cure of dengue.

Likewise, Punjab Irrigation Department is holding seminar at Govt. Engineering Academy Thokhar Niaz Beg for awareness of its employees to keep their environment clean. Secretary Irrigation Khalid Masood Chaudhry will address the seminar and the experts of Public Health Engineering, dengue experts advisory group and Irrigation Department will deliver lecture regarding dengue.
