Lahore:Deputy Inspector General Headquarters, Prisons, Mian Salik Jalal has called upon the Head Warders to perform their duties with dedication, honesty and commitment, by making full utilization of latest information imparted to them during their training programme.
Mian Salik Jalal was addressing passing out ceremony of 92 Head Warders, under first promotion Head Warders Course, held at Punjab Prisoners Staff Training Institute, here today. The Principal of the Institute, Kamran Anjum and other senior officers were also present of the occasion. Deputy Inspector General, Mian Salik Jalal said that training courses go a long way in galvanizing hidden capabilities in participants, by exhorting them to work with enthusiasm and energy, therefore, holding of such training courses play a significant role in further strengthening and streamlining system of prisons in the province. Mian Salik Jalal called upon the 92 Head Warders, belonging to Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi and Multan, who have recently completed their training, to get maximum benefit from their training by implementing principles learned by them, during their training, in the fields of Law, Pakistan Prisons Rules, Agricultural, Services Rules, Health, Psychology and Hygiene, besides ensuring practical enforcement of these principles in prisons, acquired by them during the training. Later, Deputy Inspector General Headquarters, Prisons, Mian Salik Jalal took salute from the passing out Head Warders, and distributed certificates of completion of training amongst them.
