Striking doctors will be sent to jail:Provincial Law Minister

Lahore:Provincial Minister for Law, Rana Sanaullah Khan has said that those doctors playing with the lives of the patients do not deserve any sympathy. He said that the blackmailing of young doctors will not be allowed. He disclosed that Punjab government has sought the help of Army Medical Core and from tomorrow, the patients would be provided treatment in a pleasant environment.

Rana Sanaullah said that Punjab Public Service Commission has appointed doctors. He said that the striking doctors had stopped the other doctors from working. He made it clear that the treatment to the patients would be provided in the hospitals and warned that if anyone tried to disrupt the peace of the hospitals will be dealt with an iron hand.

Rana Sanaullah said that only 35 to 40 doctors had been trying to continue the strike. He said that the striking doctors have wasted the investment made by the government by observing strike. He further said that the degrees and licenses of the striking doctors will be cancelled and they will be sent to jail.
