Paramedic’s threats for strike

Lahore: Paramedical staff has also announced to go on strike from 5th of July if the striking Drs would not be released. This was stated by the association president Malik Munir Ahmad in an emergent press conference.

Malik Munir suggested the Government to dialgue with Drs to give an end to this crises and said it would not be possible for them to continue services in present situation.

Government should release all the arrested Drs and make some arrangements with them. If the government does not accept their demands they would have to stop their life saving services for the ailing community.

He gave 48 hours ultimetum to the Punjab Government for releasing the Drs and said if it would not happened they would go on strike and close all the government hospitals in Punjab
