Pakistani students visit University of Leads

London:Pakistani top position holder students, visiting Europe on the instructions of Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, visited University of Leads. The students are in Britain in the first phase of their visit to Europe.

Incharge International Office of Leads University, Mr. Clair Firsten received the students and gave them a briefing about the university. Pakistani students studying at Leads University also met the Pakistani position holder students and informed their academic acclivities and the subjects taught at the university. Senior professors of the university informed Pakistani students about the teaching methods and procedure of admission in the university. A question-answer session was also arranged for the students. The university spreading over1230 acre has produced a number of Nobel Prize winner scientists and scholars.

Later, Britain based Pakistani community arranged a reception in honour of the visiting students. The Pakistani students while expressing their views thanked Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz
Sharif for sending them on a study tour of Europe. Former Lord Mayor Manchester Afzal Khan, Barrister Amjad Malik, and Sheikh Rohail Asghar also addressed the function. Later, medals were also given to Pakistani Position holder students.
