CM always ready to serve the masses:Malik Ahmad Ali

Lahore:Punjab Minister for Agriculture, Malik Ahmed Ali has said that Khadim-e-Punjab is always ready to serve the masses and sitting in the tent office at Minar-e-Pakistan and issuing instructions to the concerned authorities for resolution of their problems is a practical demonstration of this fact.

He expressed these views while talking to the people who gathered in an open kutchehry held for resolution of their problems in tent office at Minar-e-Pakistan, here today. Member National Assembly Pervaiz Malik, Members Provincial Assembly Ramzan Siddique and Ejaz Khan, Coordinator Mian Tariq and Usman Tanvir Butt were also present on the occasion.

Malik Ahmed Ali said that Khadim-e-Punjab works 20 hours daily for the welfare of the people. He said that Chief Minister Punjab has shifted his office at Minar-e-Pakistan to express solidarity with the people facing loadshedding where not only he holds important meetings but also attends open kutchehries for resolution of people’s problems. Provincial Minister informed that besides members national and provincial assemblies, Ministers are also asked to come to the tent office so that the problems of the people could be resolved on priority basis.

Provincial Agriculture Minister informed that orders have been issued on more than 20 thousand applications in the tent office so far. He said that a complete record of the orders being issued for resolution of problems of the applicants is being maintained. Earlier Provincial Minister and Members National and Provincial Assemblies issued orders on the applications on the spot and also issued instructions to the officials of education, health, local government, WASA, police and other departments present in tent office.
