Punjab rulers instigating the people against the federation:Saleem Bhatti

Bahawalpur: Secretary information PPP Bahawalpur Chapter Saleem Bhatti has said that the Punjab rulers were instigating the people against the federation and they were personally responsible for the loss of life and damage to the public and Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) leaders and workers’ property. He was talking to media persons after attending funeral prayers in absentia for Fauzia Wehab the iron lady of PPP. She will be remembered for decades due to her sacrifices for democracy and Pakistan. While replying to a question, he said no doubt that load shedding during past couple of days had increased, but that was no justification for attacking the public property and property of the PPP leaders.“Load shedding is being done in all four provinces, but violent protest demonstrations are being held only in the Punjab. The Punjab police have become silent spectator, and the provincial rulers and the administration are not only part of the protest but they are instigating the people”. Saleem Bhatti felicitated President Asif Ali Zardari who approved the Regulations for Federal Levies Force, 2012 for FATA and PATA under Article 247 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan and thanked for announcing BEPCO
